We work with the buyer and their bank.
If the buyer is taking a home loan, their deposit is paid into our trust account and their bank appoints attorneys to register the bond. We also work with your bank if there’s an existing bond to cancel.

We handle the legal admin and clearances.
We draft the transfer documents and coordinate signatures from both parties. Behind the scenes, we obtain municipal clearance certificates and check for outstanding rates, levies, and taxes to ensure your property is ready to transfer.

We lodge the transfer at the Deeds Office
Once everything is ready, we lodge the documents at the Deeds Office. Registration usually takes 8–10 working days. This is when the property officially changes ownership.

You get paid, and the sale is complete.
Once registration is confirmed, the buyer’s bank releases funds. We pay out your proceeds, settle any remaining costs (like agent fees or bond cancellations), and deliver the title deed to the bank or new owner.
