Resolve the dispute, preserve the relationship
Not every dispute needs a courtroom. Mediation is often the faster, cheaper route to an outcome you can live with.
Accredited mediation
Structured, confidential sessions facilitated by an accredited mediator, at a fraction of litigation costs.
Litigation when needed
If mediation fails, we represent you in the Magistrates’ and High Courts.
Disputes we resolve
Family, estate and commercial conflict, settled around a table wherever it can be. Where it cannot, we litigate.
Divorce & family
Divorce, parenting plans and maintenance disputes, settled around a table instead of in front of a judge.
Estate disputes
Conflict between heirs, executors and families over wills, inheritances and stalled estates, resolved before it destroys relationships.
Commercial disputes
Contract, partnership and shareholder disagreements, mediated so the business can keep trading while the dispute gets solved.
Negotiation & settlement
Direct negotiation and settlement agreements where a full mediation is not needed, documented so they hold up.
How a mediation actually works
Three stages, usually inside a few weeks rather than the years a contested matter can take.
Agree
Both parties agree to mediate and we set a date and venue.
Mediate
The mediator guides structured sessions until you reach workable common ground.
Settle
The settlement becomes a binding written agreement, made a court order if needed.

Co-FounderMediation questions, answered
Is a mediated settlement legally binding?
Yes. The settlement is recorded in a written agreement both parties sign, and in divorce and family matters it can be made an order of court.
How long does mediation take?
Most disputes settle within a handful of sessions over a few weeks, depending on how many issues are in dispute and how quickly both parties can meet. A contested court matter, by comparison, runs for months or years.
What if the other party refuses?
Mediation is voluntary. If the other side will not engage, we advise you on negotiation, arbitration or court proceedings, and represent you throughout.
